Was this name actually "not sold" during Sedo's white out?

Once the GreatDomains.com auction had ended on October 22nd and Sedo finally got their websites (Sedo.com, GreatDomains.com etc) up and running again, an offer was received for Heated.com.

I am of the belief that the offer was from a bidder who simply could not participate in the GreatDomains auction due to Sedo’s site meltdown.

Some negotiations took place back and forth and Heated.com has been sent to auction with the reserve price met at $3,500.
