Are DNF$ the same as real $USD? In terms of use here, for example with 35 $DNF you can upgrade to platinum?

DNF$ are not the same as $USD but they do have a fluctuating value in $USD

No, I believe it is 3,500 to upgrade. Welcome to the boards.
