Hi there. I'm new to the area of buying and (hopefully) selling domain names, but I have been interested in the subject for several years. I also dabble in a little web design and hope to develop most of my domains instead of parking them.

I will be asking a lot of really basic questions so, please, go easy on me.

Welcome to the community Spex and we have specific rules against going easy on new members. (just kidding - ask away).

Hello fellow Ontarioan! Feel free to ask me any questions that come up if you want (via PM) and enjoy the .CA forums, they are great resources with an even greater bunch of people!

Welcome to DNF!

My perspective: No matter how long you have or will be here, at DNF or in Domaining, with endless amounts of information (old and new) coming along all the time - you will forever be a Newbie!

That is to say, feel free to Ask Questions Anytime - and Ask Often! (Of course, also use your best asset of searching this (and dare I say) other forums and read as much as you can, for exampe, about what people value in domains and how you can access the market to buy, sell and even develop domains.)

(Most) everyone is great to help, if only to point you in the right direction, as after all, secrets are secrets for a reason, and competition is competition ;-)

Regardless, overall, I find the Domaining Community promotes collective success as much individual success - with room for everyone (who has the gumshoe to work for their success).

Best of Luck & Success in All Your Endeavours!
