Yeah i sure need to be wary of mistakes, and at this point, dunno what section to start from.
Its also very confusing what to ask and what not to. Like in some posts i can see people asking about TM's but not mentioning the domain name they are referring to... not sure whether its a safer bet to mention it or just give an example!?! Guess i should read up the legal section and the beginners section!!

Guess it takes time to learn the ropes ;)

TM means trademark and if you have to ask, you should probably avoid the name. Know what I mean?

You should not own and cannot sell trademark domains so don't even waste your time.

Also, buy quality, not quantity.
