if you own it - sucks, it's weak and not that great - value=reg fees $
if they own it- great domain, great potential, brandable - value=high $ x,xxx
save your money...do not get certified appraisals for your names, especially if you get an email saying they want to buy your domains but need a certified appraisal... <<< scam
