Hi,

I need help, I've received an email from Enom that one of my domains is about to expire (02-06-2010), I logged in into my enomcentral.com account and the domain is not there, I've also checked with others registrars that i use but the domain is missing. The whois record shows that the domain is registered at Enom..... :veryangry: I can't find the domain and I want to renew it.

Can anyone help me please.

The domain is megaplayers.com

Thanks in advance.

Did you login to enomcentral.com or enom.com?

Both, domain is not there.

Contact enom or your reseller partner, not DNF.

You will be able to resolve your issue right away.

I've already done that. No answers yet from enom.

I assume someone from Enom is in here, since this is the Enom.com forum section... i hope so...

I will.

Thanks TheWatcher.

I'm still trying to contact someone from enom.com, no luck so far, I'll try tomorrow monday...

You may submit a help desk ticket to the website just to make sure that you alerted them about this issue. You will receive a copy of that ticket for future reference.

Hope this help.

Finally, after opening a help desk ticket (thank you very much TheWatcher) I got a response. Apparently the domain was in an enom account that I didn't know about, I was probably drunk when i created it because I don't remember creating it in the first place.

Anyway, I got access to that account, I'm in the process of transferring the domain to a registrar where I have most of my domains.

Thanks TheWatcher for helping me with this.

Glad to help.
