I have several domains expiring in about 2 weeks. Rather than renew them with the current registrar, Ipowerweb, whom I will NEVER do business with ever again, I started to transfer them to my webhost, however, even though I already own these domains, they send confirmation links to the email in the whois, which need to be clicked in order to initiate the transfer..
Problem is that I had privacy whois, so all those confirmation emails get sent to [email protected]
I went to check the website http://www.contactprivacy.com , but there's 500 error , so I am worried that messages that I think are supposed to be forwarded to me are getting lost & I may end up losing my domains?
Help..
Is it too late to login to opensrs & update whois with my email address & start over? or what other option do I have?
I'd hate to call ipower & be on hold for 45 minutes to talk to Apu from quickymart in Bombay
