I received an email asking how much I am asking for a domain. I have looked at a few sites and the apprasials are all over the place. One as low as $1,200 all the way up to $25,000.

The domain is TreasureHunterTravel.com

Thank you

You don't own anything special, any offer on this domain is a steal. Take it and invest in a better .com!

Honestly. This domain is not worth anything, so you have most likely just received an appraisal scam e-mail. Just reply back with $5,000 USD and I am willing to bet that they will reply something like;

"How does $4,000 sound? But before we can make that offer we will need to have the domain appraised. Please look at this thread for some recommended services... blablalba .." etc...
