Wanted: Service Help make my site! Pizza restaurant data!

I need some help! I have the domain PizzaNumbers.com and I would love to make a really easy to use search where people can search by zipcode and so forth for pizza restaurants and then they get that restaurant's phone number easily. I know they hae those "pizza shop directories" software online but i don't know how to work all that. Can anyone help me with this? PLEASE?!
