Wanted: Service Help me aquire a domain name!

I need to aquire the domain name rarhosting.com, however I can't get hold of the owner.

I was wondering if anyone would like to help me get in contact with the owner and help me get the domain.

I will pay $50-100 to whoever manages to get a reply and set me up with the owner.

i don't think it can be done.
He might have regged the domain for five years or something and then died.
You might want to contact DirectI (his registrar) and ask them to e-mail him stating that the name has an offer.

Im sure they "just hate people" who email them asking to buy their name.
People add whois privacy for a reason ~ 'privacy' being the keyword there.
