.co > ccTLD extension for Columbia = often used as an alternative for .com, after the .io, .net and similar are taken. .co domains have investment value mostly only if these are clean domains. If you check professional .co investors - they tend to stick to a single word .co names.

name + number = "dirty" domain

dirty domain + .co = 0 investment value (almost not resellable)

to resell a domain name > it has to be clean. .. just don't invest in these, and stick to clean .com names only (perfect for novice domain investors).

This is an appraisal of a new AI algorithm -
I'm not promoting it because -
It has bugs.

I don't see a general solution yet for how to fix these errors.
Because the algorithm uses data on past sales of similar domains
At least from go daddy.

The problem is that if there were -
Anomalous sales -
That is, some similar domains -
Were sold for several times more than usual -
Then the algorithm gives more credence to the abnormal sales -
And overestimates.
And this is very difficult to track -
Perhaps the domain was sold by a broker along with the website.

If the AI algorithm reports
"Auction Estimation
$0
Unlikely to sell"
then there were no auction sales.
Sorry, nothing personal - these are tests and it's just math.

But overall, this is the best algorithm I've seen.
Show me something better and I'll give this algorithm away for free.

I've been comparing sold domains and their valuations a lot.
When I've processed all the data,
I'll get myself together and write a long post.

Seen worse. I'm not a fan of numbers for words. If you say the name you have to say "It's the number two, not the word two, and the word is 'to, tee-oh' not 'too, tee-oh-oh'". Don't think I've ever registered a name with a number in it (I started in 2000).
