I purchased a domain for about $1800 and it was registered at nameking.com. I have since tried to transfer it with no luck because I need transfer keys. There is no place on the site to get these keys and I have tried contacting them 2 times about this. So then I figured I would renew it to make sure I don't lose it but there is no way to add money to the system. It says to contact them about adding money. I have done that 2 times. Now it's expiring today and I have no contact info for them other than the form on their help section. Does someone know any contact info for them? I have left 3 messages with them on their phone system with no return calls. I am about to lose this domain so if anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks :)

Maybe they did reply but with the antispam software in place E-mail is no longer reliable as it used to be.
Did you use that phone number (from the whois): 213-220-5715 ?
As a last resort you can complain to ICANN: [email protected]
