closed help needed

i have found 2 names that are available and both names are under 8 characters.

they both have sites linking to them
one of the names has 56 links. ive checked and they are different sites. not just the same site with different pages.

any idea on approx value ?
would they be worth getting or not ?
i can't post the names yet because they are unregistered

No way to evaluate with out the name really. Sorry. what market do they aim for? Business/geography/porn ect.........?
