WIPO (the World Intellectual Property Organization) exposed a fraudulent domain dispute. Knowledge Systems, claiming to be a software leader, filed a complaint to seize the KS.com domain from Robert Akscyn. Akscyn, an AI expert and co-creator of hypertext programs at Carnegie Mellon, was accused of stealing the domain.
However, WIPO carefully examined the case and found numerous inconsistencies in the information that Knowledge Systems has provided: in the company details, email addresses, names, as well as the content of the LinkedIn page and the dating of the forged emails (prior to the alleged “theft”). WIPO unanimously dismissed the complaint, classifying it as a clear attempt to seize the domain in bad faith.
This case highlights an important nuance of the UDRP (Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy); although it can be used to reclaim truly stolen domains, it also opens the door for fraudsters. The key protection for rightful owners is never to ignore complaints and always respond by providing evidence of ownership.
Why should you care? This incident is a wake-up call of the vital importance of protecting key domain assets. However, the right measures can prevent fraudsters from getting their hands on domains. First, contact the WIPO, which tries to look at each case carefully and get to the bottom of the situation. Second, you can register the domain name as a trademark.

Google has introduced a new experimental search mode, “AI Mode”, at the Google I/O developer conference. It’s available in the U.S. from May 28, 2025. This new search mode can be manually activated by users. Unlike the traditional search, it resembles an experience with an AI chatbot and is designed for complex queries that require deep analysis such as comparing products or services, planning trips, analyzing market data, exploring scientific concepts, or creating complex instructions.
Key details and functionality:
Why should you care? The launch of Google AI Mode marks a shift to a new search paradigm, where users are given tools to solve complex problems that go beyond simply finding facts.
For website owners, the advent of AI Mode means the need to increase their focus on creating deep, expert, and structured content that is accessible to AI. Google’s search AI will favor authoritative sources with well-organized data when forming its insights and visualizations. Sites that offer unique comparisons, how-tos, research, or aggregated data will have a chance to not just be indexed, but actively used by the AI as “knowledge providers,” which can lead to increased referral traffic and authority.

On May 16, 2025, Telegram, a message service, introduced the long-awaited Pixel Tag tool as part of its Telegram Ads advertising platform. This tool is designed to track conversions on external sites of users who went there from Telegram ads.
How it works:
According to Magnetto.pro representatives (the official Telegram Ads seller), the tool eliminates the need to combine data from different analytical systems, since the key conversion metric is now available directly in the Telegram Ads interface. Integration is possible both directly into the site code and through TMS (Tag Management Systems). An Event Log is available for checking the accuracy of data transfer.
Why should you care? The launch of Telegram Pixel is a landmark event for the legal advertising market on Telegram. For website owners, especially online stores or services with clear target actions, this opens up effective new channels for attracting paid traffic. Domains focused on marketing, analytics or e-commerce (for instance, tgads.it.com) can become even more popular for businesses that actively use Telegram for promotion.

At the Google I/O developer conference, Google has unveiled Veo 3, a generative AI model that marks an advancement in AI-generated videos. Unlike previous AI video generators, such as OpenAI’s Sora, Veo 3 offers the unique ability to produce video sequences with synchronized audio tracks—including dialogue, sound effects, and background noise—all based on a text description.
Demis Hassabis, CEO of Google DeepMind, declared that the “silent era” of AI video is coming to an end. With Veo 3, users will have the power to describe not only visual elements and characters but also the dialogue and its acoustic subtleties. At the same time, Google has introduced Imagen 4, an updated image generation model, and Flow, a service for creating videos. Veo 3 is poised to become the primary competitor to OpenAI’s Sora, setting a new standard in AI-driven multimedia creation.
Why should you care? Veo 3 opens up possibilities for creating fully-fledged multimedia content—from commercials and educational materials to presentations and creative projects—literally by text request. This will dramatically reduce the entry barriers to video production.
From the point of view of the domain industry, there may be a surge in demand for domains related to generative video, sound synthesis and multimedia AI. Niches like videoai.it.com, aisound.it.com, generativevideo.it.com or veo3.it.com may become extremely promising for registration and development. Businesses working in the field of marketing, education or entertainment should pay attention to the potential of these technologies.

Unlike the traditional search, it resembles an experience with an AI chatbot and is designed for complex queries that require deep analysis such as comparing products or services, planning trips, analyzing market data, exploring scientific concepts, or creating complex instructions.
Key details and functionality:
- Selective Activation. Users can activate AI Mode at any time by clicking a button below the search bar or selecting it in the settings. This isn’t a replacement, but an addition to the standard results.
- In-depth Analysis. AI examines data from trusted sources such as ratings, expert reviews, scientific papers, and official records. It then organizes this information into concise summaries.
- Advanced Visualization. The system automatically generates interactive tables, graphs, and charts based on the data it finds. For instance, a query like “Compare the prices of Samsung Galaxy, Apple iPhone, and Google Pixel flagships over the past year” will produce a dynamic price chart.
- Multi-Service Integration. AI Mode integrates data from various Google services, including YouTube for educational videos or reviews, Maps for location information, Flights and Hotels for travel planning, and Finance for market data.
- Conversational Interface. Users can ask follow-up questions directly within an active AI Mode session. They can request “Show only models with a battery larger than 5000 mAh” or “Add sales data for Europe.”
- Transparency of Sources. Mode provides direct links to the sources used to generate its answers, ensuring users can verify the information for themselves.

Telegram Ads Launches Pixel Tag for End-to-End Conversion Analytics on External Sites
