HELP: protect a domain by

Does anyone know in which country/regions I can register trademarks by the most convenient/easiest way?(which do not require actual use in commerce)

I urgently need to protect one of my domains by register it as trademark.

Your opinion/assistance is appreciated. Thanks!

There is one place where it was easy to get a TM, they don't check anything and give them out freely. I'm not disclosing them because thousands of domains were fraudulently registered during the sunrise period of .info and .us using theese BS TMs. It was a freaking joke.

I know it not isn't any help to you, but develop the site and start using it commercially, or you can file with the government under "future use" and the filing date would be the date you use for your TM. But you still need to use the domain in commerce.

not sure what your problem is but registering one of these types of TM's may not offer you any "protection."
