Dear All,
I have registerd a domain, 0computer.com with RegistryWeb.com for several years. Now I would like to transfer the domain and I don't want to renew it with RegistryWeb.com anymore. It would be expired on April 27, 2009.
Now I can not terminate and get an authentication code from RegistryWeb.com (http://www.registryweb.com/terminate.shtml) They locked it and they forced me to terminate it in July, 2009. This means I have to renew it with RegistryWeb. Otherwise I will loose the domain.
I have contacted to an helpdesk for 2 weeks on this purpose. At the beginning they sent me replied mails. After I told them that I could not get an authentication code on http://www.registryweb.com/terminate.shtml.
I got a message.
This domain name is not eligible for transfer at the present time because it is within 6 months after renewal or security changes. It will be eligible after July 9, 2009 if no further security changes are made.
I renewed it 2 years ago. And I asked them what security changes are.
They did not send me a replied anymore.
Could you tell me which organisation/web I should contact to?
I don't want to loose the domain. Thank you in advance.
Regards,

Looks like some Registers and some re-sellers are A***H** and they will do what they want and if the customer ask one extra question they will get mad.

I dealt with A**H** on this form and the language he used just shows his cruelty.
(I bought the domains from him, Just put him in my ignore list)
