I found a domain name but I think it has trademark laws on it. Is there any place to check if it does. I will post the name once I reg it.

Make sure you check all words if more than one and also check with and without the space between the words. Also look for disclaimer clauses of no "exclusive claims" of (generic terms usually) other than marks shown -- this latter case would be good news for you.

Good luck!
