i have six images that i need to have the color changed. here is a view of one of the images

what needs to be done. change orange to a medium to light blue (cop colors). they are a private motorcycle club of a bunch of cops and retire cops. and they are cheap has heck.

so let me know if anyone can do it and what the cost is. i will send info to the guy in charge. i only got involved because my dad volunteered me, him being part of the club and a retire cop
