A nice list of results in Google. I don't follow this market though, but I'd estimate low to mid $xxx. I think it has great potential due to the fact that it's a perfect keyword set.

You should develop instead. OVT is a bit low right now though at 80 or so.

Thanks 007, I was also considering holding onto it another few years. It's just not a market I'm really invested in these days and a name that's been sitting on my sheet for a while now.

Was just curious about the current market value on it as I'm considering selling a few names I'm not attached to for the sake of raising cash for 'project money'.

That being said, I agree development is likely the best route. Building and retaining income properties are a great business model.

Hadn' thought of the law group angle before. Am running thise one and a group of about 4-5 other herbal domains I have past an herbal program owner or two.

Just so many hours in a day to develop these things.
