..how about checking out which .mobi domains at Sedo get tons of traffic and clicks (which basically should be none) and ban those people from parking and pay out more for the real domains...

A better solution to increase the CPC imo would be to actually pay a fixed revenue for the clicks and to all of them.

There is no way the first click on a new account is always worth €0.03

Also it is not fair when the advertisers do pay to google for each and every click that the domainer is not getting paid for them.

I do own a domain parking company but we pay a fixed amount over the click. And we pay for all of them, yep. The only clicks that we don't pay for? Those that are not paid to the feed by the advertisers (in case of too many repeated clicks for example).
