what does push only and transfer out mean
Push only means that the seller can only provide you with an internal transfer at the current registrar. This is called a domain push or account change.
Transfer refers to an external transfer from one registrar to another. For example if the seller keeps his domains at Godaddy and you, the buyer, wants it at Dynadot, you would transfer it from Godaddy to Dynadot.
