My several domain increase their traffic about 2 times.

Generally speaking a Monday is always better then a Sunday, especially when said Sunday is Father's Day (at least in the US).

Actually I see a very nice pattern every week:

Tuesday - Wednesday = the traffic peak
Thursday - Friday = gradual decrease
Saturday = smallest traffic
Sunday - Monday = gradual increase

For me Sunday is the lowest every week.
