He means if you do a wayback and click on one of the previous page views it will try and load a virus. It did it to me also.

This website was formerly used by wget (a Unix program to retrieve files from the World Wide Web using HTTP and FTP). And then it was used to promote some pravicy protection and pop-up blocker software. It has absolutely nothing to do with any virus.
