We are looking for one (or more) designers - we build and develop websites primarily for small to medium sized businesses ... our business is growing, thus we need more designers working with and for us ... currently looking for a per project basis with several projects per month ...
looking for nice clean work - right now needing primarily PSD designs only, but that said depending on price, we would be interested (potentially) in having them css/xhtml coded as well ...
please provide the following:
we are looking for people that are interested in more than just 1 job/project ... prefer to create some relationships for ongoing work ... we work with people all over the world, so country of origin is no matter - that said, we expect results and follow-through ...
also nice added bonus is for people to be willing to improvise on a basic idea/concept and 'run with it' ... we need people to be creative and develop without us 'holding your hand'
