However we won at the court finally at the end of last year.

We are getting domain offers for this name at least once per month.

We got an offer for $15,500 from Hoar construction LLC last year but we rejected.

Anyway for money we are going to sell this name for $20,000.

We won domain dispute against Hoar Construction LLC in korean court finally.

I won at first trial in korean court and then they appealed against a decision.

But the judge suggested us to arrange with the domain dispute each other and so we agreed and they did too.

But they didn't followed the judge's instruction and they didn't give me money in the appointed day(2. 28. 2010).

and so The domain dispute was finished at 2. 28. 2010 exactly.

Their lawyer contacted me at that time that he didn't know why they didn't give me money in time.

Finally they gave up all court and so the registrar lock for hoar.com was unlocked at 3.1. 2010

Maybe I think they spent about $100,000 for Wipo and korean court.

Anyway, I am moving to another place for investment for land and I am now selling one of my name.

Well... before they made domain dispute, if they contacted me and bought from me, they would not lose their money so much.

They did not contacted me directly at all.

I fought against hoar construction llc without any lawyers.

If I hired a lawyer, I lost over $35k.

1. Wipo, about $7,000
2. Fisrt trial in korean court, $15k
3. Appeal against the first trial, 15k

Their lawyer said in court they were wanting this name to protect adult link.

As you visit www.hoar.com or not , the link is for adult dating.

I don't know why hoar.com is monetized as adult.

Anyway, if you purchase this name from me and then if you link it as porn or adult, they will contact you right away.

Why a Korean court if Hoar Construction is a US LLC??

Becuase it is registered at korean registrar and the owner is located in korea. Just learn about the mutual court for domain name dispute.
