For Sale Holding page

I'd like to pull all my domains from Sedo (almost all are .ca's). PPC revenue is almost nonexistent and the fees for sales keep going up.



Aside from a blank page with my email address in it, does anyone have an example of a holding page? Should there be graphics, should it be simple, should it be catchy or professional and clean??? Should I have a “Coming Soon” notice? Any legal considerations?
