I don't have a model for valuing domain names, but I will offer some general ideas.

My first thought was celebrities. Best-dressed/Worst-dressed lists (calling Mr. Blackwell...).

However, Hollywood is a place, so any location-specific list might apply, such as classifieds, job listings, movie listings, restaurant listings, etc.

Hollywood also denotes a sense of glamour in some circles, so you might apply that angle to advertising certain kinds of products.

Not a bad domain - I'd say $200 min, but add more if it gets typeins. Who's Who etc - and that is one very vain town.
