Wanted: Service Home page on wordpress site is gone! How do i make another page

Change the theam and see if that work.
If not just get a DB backup (Export tables) and completely delete the hosting account.
Re-install wp and empty tables and import the data from the export made before the start.
Preferable first install the same version you have now and then do an upgrade as well.
