Pumpered in the social bookmarked sites.

If i offer it in Real estate people ,what is logical price to ask for.

Shall i wait for some months to make it pr2 and get some traffic?

value right now probably mostly due to the traffic and not the name, I would create an affiliate site, realestate keywords are well paying keywords, you will make more than any offer, good move to keep the PR, because without traffic its just a mid $xx to low $xxx IMO

Do you know any good examples of affiliate real estate sites.
I have it know on an xsitepro platform ,with real estate agent leads seo-ed and and a lead bussiness affiliate quality product.
(some very intersting videos ,concerning lead generation know how)
I have found some good termplates in the monster ,but is a whole bussiness platform, capable of carrying thousands of listings.
You dont mean this, by an affiliate real estate site ?

depending on the type of traffic you are getting I was thinking along the lines of a lead generator for home financing and refinancing, the market cooled down a little, but its stil good money

Lead generator for home financing and refinancing? Paradigm, example sites?

I am currently using the keywords: home hunter real estate agent leads
But i have done this in order to be served real estate ads.In the beggining google served me hunter sailing boat ads.
I will put my program to search a three word combination with leads.
