be at least $30K. The plural form in this case hurts it pretty bad but still an end-user would probably shell out $5-10K.

no. Look at the size of the home improvement market, and what home improvement store wouldn't want this name?

Look at B&Q in the UK.....they have diy.com

Think big international home improvement stores. You could have a site showing people how to do home improvements, and then show them how much it would cost from your store, with a store locator....this name would have great potential.

i think for a store, the plural does not hurt it at all, in fact i think its better than the singular.
