Dustin,

I don't want to argue with you. If you have stats, I'd like to see them.

I'll send stats per request to those who post an offer on this thread -- if the offer is in a range I'd consider.

Dustin,

That's going to be catch 22. How can someone make an offer they can commit to if you're not going to provide the stats beforehand?

Let’s cool down everyone and start over:
I never could understand the wisdom in conducting a part of the business behind closed doors and another part out in the open.
If you are going to PM the stats to anyone who will ask for it then just publish it here.
If you are not going to provide stats just state so.
If there must be an offer to see stats then everyone is going to make an offer just for the heck of it! Or make a "subject to" offer.

The reasoning here is very simple. I haven't parked the domain long at all. Because of this I'm willing to consider lower offers right now. I went through why the domain has value in my initial post. I indicated early on what points I was marketing the domain.

Because I have only parked the domain at TrafficZ since this morning, traffic is not one of the main selling points. I simply don't have complete traffic stats yet.

I'm looking for someone who understands the value of generic keyword domains for either development or resale.

Now, that makes sense! URL for sale. No traffic.
And an excellent name it is too. Good Luck with the sale.

I would like to know where the seller said "no traffic" , in the sale thread he was pushing OVT numbers, , maybe you should not be speaking for him.

That's why an open forum is good! He gets to correct me if I am wrong.

raz , nothing against you, but I and several others are trying to buy this domain from him , coming into a sales thread without having intentions of buying and just making a comment is against the rules on this forum, just a heads up.

PM sent to seller on homerefinancing.com

There is an above average amount of traffic compared to the other domains in my portfolio so far. The domain generated searches today from unique visitors.

But as I said, it has only been parked a very limited time. I usually take a full month before making any judgement about a domain. Certainly not less than 1 day. The DNS may not even be fully propogated yet.

I will keep repeating myself. Traffic is there, but it's not currently a major selling point.

I'm confused.

How come he could buy the name at BIN price, when a BIN wasn't even mentioned?

This is a lesson in how NOT to conduct a sale.

It makes no difference if it suits your opinion or not.

I offered a BIN to those who sent me an offer and asked for a BIN.
Plain and simple. If you want something you have to go for it. Sorry that some of you feel as though the seller should submit to your whims.

I would leave that up to Blink to disclose or not disclose.
Thanks.
