I think the lack of the S does hurt the domain quite significantly, although I still think the domain has possible end users although it's not a generic in the same way HospitalServices would be. As for value, I'd hope to get mid to high $xxx reseller prices.
Of note, looks like the .net and .org were registered in 2000 which is always nice. Also good to see you live just down the road from me!
