Stating the obvious but emailhost.com or emailhosting.com would be much better.

HostEmail.com sounds awkward to me.

I agree that emailhost.com and emailhosting.com are probably better names.

Be that as it may, what are your thoughts for this one?

As I said, I think its sounds awkward.

It's like having BologneseSpaghetti.com or JuiceOrange.com – it just doesn't work IMO.

That said, email hosting is big business (and expensive) so it probably has some value. I see it as a low three figure name at reseller level, low – mid four figures *If* you can find an end user who wants it.
