hosting affiliate program wanted!

Paying 100DNF if I sign up with a company you suggest or will sign up under you if you are currently in a affiliate program which offers the following.

I have a couple of hosting domain names with traffic so I have decided to make things easy on myself I would rather be an affiliate then have the hassles of becoming a full fledged reseller.

Here is what I am looking for:

*replicated or affiliate site (can't take coders off current projects to build a new site)
*rather have lower residual commissions than 1 time commissions
*prefer 2 tiered
*ability to customize the logo
*customer service provided
*good entry level rates as well as competitive business/ecommerce hosting

I have visited a ton of places which offer what I am looking for but would rather do business with someone from DNforum.

Hi. Not sure if you looked at wildwestdomains turnkey sites, but cj.com has several hosting affiliate programs too. ipowerweb pays dmaned good in particular, from my own experiences.
