The purpose of this site was to create a directory of hosting-industry related websites, such as hosting directories, forums, and such. This site is making me between $50 - $60 a month. The revenue is a combination of Adsense and sponsored ads. It take virtually no time to upkeep. The only time you need to work it is if you need to ad or remove a site from the directory. It runs on phplinks. Three of the sponsored links have paid through June, you must honor those terms and they will be yours to renew at the end of the term. I'm looking for around 10 times monthly revenue. I would ask for 12, but discount it a bit for the three sponsors mentioned above. The average traffic in January is 35 unique visits per day. A high of 111 and a low of 14 (always lower on the weekends).
