Offers Hosting Needed For Mupitiple Domains Mainstream/adult Mix

ok here is the deal during the recent .info give away i obtained about 250 .info domains a mixed bag of adult (about 30%) and mainstream, i need a reseller hosting plan ( I GUESS) where its simple to add them, and get them going currently of course they are not getting traffic so right now the bandwith is going to be limited, the space needed should not be major either as they will all be one,two or three page sites.
i want a host i can use for adult and non adult, and can upgrade easily, add domains easily, and pay via paypal.
with no set up fees, i will pay monthly but this will be long term, please no fly by night crap i dont want to wake up some morning after putting a ton of work into this and see all my **** gone.
i will also be hosting about 20 .coms also mixed bags of adult and non adult.
im looking for bids i suppose, and i would like someone with an affiliate program , as ill have a webmaster page link and will have the host on it although this will not be a determining factor im looking more at cost then anything.
i also dont want to be hit with a penalty if the bandwith should go over and the websites then down, if this happens i want to be able to upgrade.
