I am after a reliable Web hosting provider that offers (1) multiple domain name hosting and (2) unlimited subdomains per account.

Do you know of a Host that provides such, for under 100USD per year?

I would suggest looking any any of a multitude of reseller plans out there.

Here is one place that I know has very good support and wonderful uptime. Only problem with it is that they don't allow SSH access, but if that doesn't matter for you then it is a good choice.
