There are a lot of good resellers out there. I'd suggest asking about reseller experiences at webhostingtalk.com.

I host a dedicated server with Nocster.com (I'm also a reseller for them), and they've got a bunch of great reseller plans and very inexpensive dedicated server plans. Their network goes down for (literally) a minute or so every once in a while, but otherwise, they've done a great job- I've gotten around 99.9% uptime.

On another note, WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T BUY HOSTING ON EBAY!!! I've heard too many stories about resellers getting $50/yr reseller hosting with 20 TB space/200TB transfer, and getting shut down a month later.
