I need a dedicated server,im no techie,im based in the u.k and most of the site visitors will be in the u.k,is it best to have the server in the u.k ? or anywhere ?

For customer service like if the sites go down or anything having it in the UK might be a better option if your operating "normal" business hours but if your fine with having them anywhere i would recomment www.SoftLayer.com - We have a few servers with them their pretty decent too.

The importance is how reliable the hosting company is and the support.
