Sedo seems to have protection against that. Try going to http://hostmyimage.net/image.jpg and then try going to http://hostmyimage.net/image

They seem to block all image traffic. So the traffic seems legitamate and not image sourced.

They don't seem to block movie traffic though http://hostmyimage.net/image.mpg which probably isn't the case if the host was just hosting images. This is probably a good idea to allow it since most people just link to movies and don't embed them.
