Hi All,
I want to sell my website called www.visithotels.com (PR4) due to lack of time to promote this site properly. The website is filled with the stock of an European hotel provider with a commission level of 50% (7.5% effectively). Average value per reservation is EUR 15,-. Site is PHP based, stock integration through XML. Site has also some AJAX functionality and integrated Google Maps. Currently the site generates roughly EUR 600+,- in commission per month.
The site is already submitted to around 500 directories and Yahoo directory submit and has many inbound links. Site is live since FEB-2004. Currently around 45,800 pages are indexed by Google and increasing. Traffic is picking up now very nicely and varies between 170 unique (weekend) and 375 (week days). On average there are 250+ visitors a day.
There is no back office behind the site, everything works automatically. Accounts are created when people want to make a reservation. A programmer could easily extend some of the functionalities or create a back office. Site has Google Analytics integrated. SSL is installed on the site for secure payments.(valid until 14-JUL-08)(EUR 100 for 2 years)

Hosting is $249 p/month (the only fixed cost besides the SSL) but if you have your own server the whole site can be moved of course.
