The former domain of the infamous Jim Guckert aka Jeff Gannon - do a search for "hotmilitarystud.com" on google for more details.
Ask Price: $12,000 USD
Traffic is fluctuating a lot lately ... it was averaging around 200 clicks or so per day while parked on Afternic, before I purchased it last week.
Since then traffic has skyrocketed to over 1000 clicks per day, though appears to be settling down somewhat now; domain mentioned this past weekend on Real Time with Bill Mahar, and in more news stories, etc recently.
The real value in this domain is development, since it's got great name recognition and traffic; 346 OVT w/ext.
Domain is already earning money with a crappy redirect ... put it on about 4 days ago and earned about $144 already (50/50 rev share of 6 trials at $19.98, 1 membership at $69.88, and 1 membership at $99.88) - with some effort and the right skill, one could make a mint on this domain.
