I'm looking to liquidate some of my web properties.
HottiesRated.com is one of the sites for sale. Current Alexa is 468k and moving up. Traffic for the month of October was 13,404 uniques and 31,221 pageviews. Traffic in September was 7,225 uniques and 18,386 pageviews.
For October, income via Yahoo Publisher Network was $5.92 and via Google Adsense was $13.62.
Income from various adult programs linked from a few girls on the site totals out to about $112 if I'm correct.
I'm looking for $500 for the site + script + domain + everything you see, plus the myspace account that I created for promoting the site.
As you can see, traffic is on the rise, and with income of about $130 for October, my asking price is very fair, and you could make that back easily.
