Turn it into a holiday destination site. You could make money that way. If it's undeveloped, zero I'm afraid.

Thanks for the reply. I don't understand why it would be worthless if undeveloped? I have been looking through all of these appraisals and things like lisamarie.net had a valuation of $750 with the same Google stats. What am I missing here? I thought that the domain name (if it is good) with decent searches number etc would fetch a decent figure... I am totally confused...

Please advise on what makes a domain name worth something for a domain reseller?

You need to use this for the .co.uk extension:

http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q="hot+weather"&btnG=Search&meta=cr=countryUK|countryGB

Appraisals are subjective opinions of others. I suggested a travel site as there's good income to be had from PPC and affiliate deals. If you park it, you'll be reliant on type-ins which are unlikely to be plentiful.

Coldweather.co.uk is available to register, and there are even more Google results for that combination.

Anyway, best of luck.

You're welcome. Always ask before you spend money if you're not sure. No need to give out the names of domains before you register or buy them -- there are plenty of people here who will help you out by PM that you can trust. You'll know who they are as you familiarise yourself with this place.
