Nearly 3,000 Americans died on September 11, 2001 when terrorists hijacked four separate jet airliners - two that down both the north and south towers of the World Trade Center in New York City, another that slammed into the Pentagon in Washington D.C. and a fourth, the famous Flight 93, that crashed in a Pennsylvania field after passengers fought back rather than let the plane reach its target. Just about every American over the age of 40 can tell you exactly what they were doing when the news broke. Two leaders from our industry, brothers Michael and David Castello, can also tell you what it was like to lose a family member on 9/11. They also witnessed the destruction of an iconic workplace that, in addition to a paycheck, gave them some of the best memories of their life.
