Ok it's been almost an year since Dynadot introduced Data Analyzer Tool where you can submit unregistered .com domain and they will tell you how much traffic it receives on a scale of 1 to 10.
What's your experience with it so far and how accurate it is? Any ideas?
My experience has been on and off in fact mostly it's on the off side don't know why.

I have yet to make sense of it.
That tool appears to be even more guesswork than estibot. That alone is quite a feat if you ask me.

Dynadot gets data from Verisign which is the original registry for .com domains and when someone types a name even if it is not registered, their servers get the hit and records it.

I know that but I have tasted domains based upon these stats, and most had zero traffic.

Don't you need a bulk account to use this service?
