fabulous How can my buyer create an account with Fabulous?

I just sold a name registered with Fabulous, but my buyer does not have an account there. I haven't used Fabulous in a while so I don't remember how the sign-up process works, but can my buyer get a basic account there so that I can push the domain to him when funds are cleared?
