How can one sell just regged domain names?

So long as the person you are selling to has an account with the registrar you regged the name at, you should be able to push the domain to their account without having to wait.

Even if they don't have an account they can set up a free account at the registrar where the domain is registered. Then you simply push it to the buyer.
