I liked the way you put "publicly" in you answer. So that means the name was around in development before then (and public announcements are done well after thd branding is created, and surely, it was more than a month), I stand by my instincts on this one.

Good catch and glad it worked out. so.... did you have inside info or just read about it in some sort of trade or insiders magazine? maybe a friend who may work for the resort? Sorry, not buying the "thought up" argument on this one. You can let us know since the matter since is over :lol:

Ive got a friend works in travel industry and they pointed it out to me, but well before it was announced.

But to let you know, if it could be proven the concept/branding predated the registration, that could have caused problems. Glad it worked out for you.

BTW- In general, people look for advice here, it is better to be open with matters, esp when asked. You can get more useful information/opinions that would better help you.
