How do i increase CTR

I got lucky with a domain purchase and parked it on sedo.com. Now I get around 400 hits a day without doing nothing. The thing is the CTR on it is zero meaning no one is clicking on the ads.

Can someone help me, I'm new to parking and want to maximize my profits as much on this opportunity.

There could be several issues. The traffic might not be real. The traffic could be foreign and the keywords unrelated in english. 0 out of 400 sounds like bots. With human traffic, you would get some click somewhere.

how can u tell if the traffic u getting is real or not?
